INCLUDED:

  • Yacht, captain/instructor Jim, non-alcoholic beverages
  • Jim's prepared breakfasts, lunches, and snacks.
  • Jim's prepared dinners, 2 nights/week.
  • Linens, towels, cleaning after you leave, adult snorkel equipment.
  • Jim does the dishes!
  • Depart/return 12 Noon/12 Noon, or contact us to request a different time.
  • Depart/return Road Town, Tortola, BVI (see Travel to BVI).

NOT INCLUDED:

  • Captain gratuity for a great trip (suggest 10-20%)
  • Dinners out at fun places the other 5 nights/week. You are free to dine ashore without Jim.
  • Alcoholic beverages
  • Almost all guests never wish to dock, but if you do charges are not included.
  • Most guests get a hotel the night before departure.

BOOKING:

  • Private Charters can start and end any dates.
  • When you are ready to reserve, contact us. We will place your dates "on hold" for you briefly. You then arrange your travel, then confirm the charter with a deposit.
  • Payments:
    • 6 months or less in advance: 50% to reserve
    • more than 6 months in advance: 25% deposit, with 25% more due 6 months before departure
    • Final 50% due 60 days before departure
OFFSHORE PASSAGE:

For an ideal offshore passage in open ocean at a higher cost we suggest a one-way charter starting in St. Martin and ending in the BVI (see map). This includes a stop at St. Barts/St. Barths and great downwind sailing. This adds an extra charge of 2 days for delivery. You avoid the notoriously difficult passage from the BVI to St. Martin, straight into the wind and waves.
